Whipped Ricotta Trifle
Preparation
In a small bowl gently mix sheep Whipped Ricotta and honey.
In a trifle glass, place 1 crumbled lady finger, and create a layer of with Whipped Ricotta mixture and berries.
Repeat with a second layer and garnish with 1 sprig of fresh mint.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve cold.
