Growing up in Italy, cheese and ricotta were always part of our Mediterranean diet, and the table was a place of sharing culture, tradition, and connection.
When part of our family moved to America, our mission was simple: to share a joyful, healthy way of eating inspired by the flavors of our land.
That tradition naturally followed us, with ricotta at its heart, a simple, everyday food in Italy, made to bring families and communities together.
Guided by a spirit of continuous innovation, we create small, lovingly crafted batches of fresh Whipped Sheep’s Milk Ricotta and develop new ways to enjoy it.
